This marinade is traditionally applied to oxtail.
You can use our marinade just on about any of your favorite meat such as pork, chicken, beef or lamb. Create that perfect stew the authentic Jamaican way.
Ingredients: onion, soy sauce, green onions, garlic, apple cider, vinegar, vegetable base, thyme, scotch bonnet, liquid smokeres and select spices.
Directions: Shake the jar, then pour marinade over pieces of chicken, pork, seafood or beef. stir, then marinate for at least one hour before grilling or barbecuing. Simply Put Onto Your Raw Meat, Marinate For At Least One Hour And You Are Ready To Cook In An Oven, On The Grill Or Stove Top.
